Founding Member Offer Terms

These terms apply to the founding member offer for yeSync, a service operated by yellow67 SAS (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). They add to our Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply.

1. The Offer

Founding members get 50% off the monthly price of the yeSync plan they choose (Basic, Advanced or Enterprise). To join, enter the code FOUNDER50 when you choose a plan in yeSync, under Settings, Plan.

2. Offer Period

The code can be redeemed until 16 October 2026, 23:59 UTC. The code cannot be redeemed after that.

3. Stores

• yeSync subscriptions are per Shopify store. The discount applies to every store on your yeSync account whose subscription is activated with the code.
• During the offer period, you can use the code for as many of your stores as you like.
• If you later change the plan of a store, contact us before confirming the change and we will keep the founding member discount on its new subscription.

4. Duration of the Discount

The discount applies to every monthly charge of the subscriptions created with the code, for as long as they stay active without interruption. If a subscription is cancelled, or yeSync is uninstalled from the store, the discount ends for that store and cannot be restored.

5. Billing

• yeSync subscriptions are billed through Shopify. The discounted price is shown on the Shopify approval screen before you confirm.
• Any free trial applies as usual; the discount applies to the charges that follow it.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes Shopify adds.

6. Other Conditions

• The offer cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• The discount is tied to the store subscription it was activated on and is not transferable. It has no cash value.
• We may refuse or withdraw the discount in case of fraud or abuse.
